Using VoiceCub

By using VoiceCub, you agree to these terms. You can currently try the service for free without an account. It runs in your browser. Each request may contain up to 5,000 characters. We may change, improve, or discontinue features. We do not promise availability on every device or browser.

Your scripts and generated audio

You keep any rights you hold in your input text. We do not claim ownership of the audio you generate. Audio generated for free is for personal, non-commercial use only. Credit VoiceCub when you publish a video using free audio. Commercial use, including monetized videos, ads, and client work, requires a paid plan with a commercial license. Paid plans are coming soon and are not available yet. We do not guarantee that generated audio is unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

Only enter text you have the right to use. You are responsible for your scripts, generated audio, and how you use or share them. Do not use VoiceCub to impersonate someone, commit fraud, create illegal content, harass others, or infringe on anyone’s rights. Do not present a synthetic voice as a recording of a real person without appropriate authorization. Follow the rules of the platforms where you publish, including any applicable disclosure requirements.

Check before you publish

AI speech can mispronounce words, change emphasis, or produce artifacts. Review your audio before using it. Performance depends on your hardware, available memory, network connection, and browser. You are responsible for your downloads and finished content.

No warranties; limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceCub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and open source

Our Privacy Policy explains local processing and file delivery. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses, including the right to inspect or replace compatible open-source components.
